Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") or Connected Person - Correction

The Company announces that it was notified on 13 May 2016 by The Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family and Charity Trust (the "Trust") that, as a result of an administrative error, the number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") sold pursuant to the Tender Offer and subsequently notified to the Company was incorrect.

In the Notification of Transactions of Directors/PDMRs released on 10 May 2016 at 16.10 (RNS Number 8341X), Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares sold pursuant to the Tender Offer should have been 385,711 Ordinary Shares, not 385,918 Ordinary Shares.

Therefore Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 20,983,718 Ordinary Shares (50.71%), not 20,983,511 Ordinary Shares (50.67%).
