The Company announces that it was notified on 16 October 2015 that Philip Mortstedt, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,250 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,797 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 October 2015.
