Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

CORRECTION TO RNS NUMBER 5296G and 7038G

The Company has been notified today that the number of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were purchased on 6 May 2014 at 1,467.50 pence per Ordinary Share by the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company (as set out in RNS Number 5296G of 7 May 2014), was 15,715 and not 16,000 Ordinary Shares as stated.

Therefore Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, in respect of:

• 1. RNS Number 5296G (7 May 2014), was 22,521,215 Ordinary Shares; and
• 1. RNS Number 7038G (9 May 2014), was 22,139,997 Ordinary Shares

As at today's date Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,139,997 Ordinary Shares (51.15%).
