Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

• 1. on 23 April 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 890 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 April 2013
• 1. on 24 April 2013 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt and therefore a connected person, purchased 538 Ordinary Shares at 886 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 April 2013.

Following these transactions, the interest of Mr Mortstedt in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust and by Mrs Mortstedt, is 23,203,374 Ordinary Shares (53.58%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above includes those Ordinary Shares that are to be sold pursuant to the Tender Offer (as set out in the Circular dated 15 March 2013), which is expected to complete on 26 April 2013.
