Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 2 May 2013 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 686 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 918 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 May 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,697,241 Ordinary Shares (53.50%).

1. on 3 May 2013 that Thomas Lundqvist, Director of the Company purchased 1,500 Ordinary Shares at 918 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 May 2013.

Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 79,409 Ordinary Shares (0.19%).
