Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the circular to shareholders dated 16 March 2012 which completed on 27 April 2012, the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of those number of ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 735 pence per share, and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares as set out against their name:
