Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcement of 27 July 2018 in respect of the intended retirement on 31 March 2019 of John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, the search for a successor is well under way and good progress has been made.

Notwithstanding this, CLS announces that it has agreed with Mr Whiteley to delay his retirement until 30 June 2019, before which the Company expects to announce a successor.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
