CLP HOLDINGS<00002> - Announcement The Stock Exchange has received a message from CLP Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "Reduction of Share Premium Account to Increase Distributable Reserve -------------------------------------------------------------------- The High Court of Hong Kong today made an Order confirming the reduction of the share premium account of CLP Holdings. The reduction has become effective following the filing of the High Court's Order with the Registrar of Companies on 7 June 2002. As a result, the share premium account of the Company has been reduced by the amount of HK$10,116,789,910 and the same amount has been credited to the distributable reserve of the Company."
