1. 2024 Annual Report and 2024 Sustainability Report

The English and Chinese versions of CLP Holdings (CLP) 2024 Annual Report are enclosed and are on (a) our website (www.clpgroup.com) under "Financial Reports" in the "Investor Relations" section; and (b) the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Stock Exchange) (www.hkexnews.hk). Our 2024 Sustainability Report is also available on our website in the "Sustainability" section.

2. Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Company's 27th AGM will be held at the Grand Ballroom, 1/F., Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East, 3 Tong Tak Street, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong (AGM Venue) on Friday, 9 May 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The Notice of AGM and Proxy Form are enclosed and on CLP and the Stock Exchange websites. All our AGM-related materials are on CLP website under "General Meetings" in the "Investor Relations" section.

The 2025 AGM will be held in a hybrid format. You can choose to attend the AGM at the AGM Venue or participate online.

ONLINE AGM ATTENDANCE -- For corporate holders who wish to attend the Online AGM, please call the Company's Registrars, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited on (852) 2862 8555.

If you attend the AGM online, you can view a live webcast of the AGM, pose questions and cast your vote in near real-time through the online platform. You can log in to the AGM Online Platform from 10:00 a.m. on 9 May 2025 via https://meetings.computershare.com/CLP2025AGM or by scanning the QR Code.

3. Arrangement for means of receipt of Corporate Communications¹

There are two ways in which we disseminate our Corporate Communications (in English and/or Chinese): (i) in Electronic Form, i.e. electronic means through the websites of CLP and the Stock Exchange, or (ii) in Printed Form. If you wish to receive Corporate Communications, please refer to the enclosed Request Form and take one of the following actions:

(a) scan the QR Code on the Request Form (Chinese version) and send the automatically generated email to provide your email address for the Electronic Form; or
(b) complete and sign the Request Form and return it to the Company's Registrars using the prepaid mailing label or by email to clp.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

If you choose the Electronic Form, you can provide an email address: you will be notified by email whenever a Corporate Communication has been made available on CLP website. If the email address is not valid or functional or you do not provide an email address at all, we will notify you by post to your registered address.

Deemed selection of Electronic Form - If we do not receive your duly completed and signed Request Form opting for the Printed Form by 24 April 2025, you will be deemed to have selected to accept the Electronic Form.

If you have made a valid request for Corporate Communications in Printed Form, you will continue to receive it until (a) CLP publishes its next annual report the following year or (b) the instructions have been revoked or superseded.

You may at any time (free of charge), (a) change your choice² of language and/or means of receipt of our Corporate Communications, or (b) if you encounter difficulties in accessing the Corporate Communications electronically, you can request for the Printed Form.

The above arrangements on Corporate Communications exclude Actionable Corporate Communications³ which will be sent individually in Printed Form by post to shareholders' registered address.
