Non-Executive Director Retirement

Falanx Group (AIM:FLX), announces that Iain Manley, Non-Executive Director of Falanx Group, has decided to step down from the Board, effective immediately. The Board has accepted Iain's decision and wishes to thank him for his services to the Group of over 3 years.

Mike Read, Chairman of Falanx Group, commented:

"Iain has been with us for more than three years since the original listing of the company and has served with distinction as both Non-Executive Director and our Finance Leader. I would like to thank Iain on behalf of the company for his service, not least in his assistance in the organisation of funding of the Company during 2016, including the equity raise and loan agreement. He provided guidance during the acquisition of ASC ltd which will be pivotal to our Cyber Division's success.  He leaves the Company in a strong position, enabling us to build for the future."
