Falanx Group (AIM:FLX), the global intelligence, security and cyber defence provider, announces that on 15 February 2019, Mike Read, CEO and Chairman, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.45 pence per share. Mr Read's resultant interest following these transactions is now 10,403,940 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
