Retirement of Director

Cloudified Holdings Limited, an AIM listed cash shell, announces that after serving for over 8 years as both an executive and non executive board member,  Mike Read (76) is retiring as a director with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Mike, who was previously the Company's Chief Executive Officer, for  both his significant contribution and his ceaseless efforts over the past few years, and wishes him all the best with his future activities.
