CloudCoCo Group plc (AIM: CLCO), a leading UK provider of Managed IT services and communications solutions to private and public sector organisations, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2022, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website at www.cloudcoco.co.uk.
The AGM is to be held at 1.00 p.m. (GMT) on Thursday 06 April 2023 at the offices of DAC Beachcroft, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
