CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), a UK provider of IT and communications solutions to businesses and public sector organisations, announces that with completion of the Placing announced on 17 August 2021, in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, details of Simon and Lady Caroline Duckworth's participation in the Placing for 12,000,000 shares in aggregate are set out in the notification forms below. Simon Duckworth, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, now has a total beneficial interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) of 25,850,000 ordinary shares, which represents 3.66 per cent of the issued share capital.
