Director/PDMR Shareholding

CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO) a UK provider of IT and communications solutions to businesses and public sector organisations, announces that it has received notification today that Chief Financial Officer, Michael Lacey, has purchased a total of 810,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.229 pence per share. The purchase of Ordinary Shares took place as follows:

·     250,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 06 July at a price of 1.2 pence per share

·     100,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 07 July at a price of 1.2 pence per share

·     460,000 Ordinary Shares purchased on 8 July at a price of 1.25 pence per share

Following this trade, Michael Lacey's beneficial holding is 810,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.16 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
