CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO) a UK provider of IT and communications solutions to businesses and public sector organisations, announces that it received notification yesterday that Non-Executive Chairman, Simon Duckworth, purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.00 pence per share on 02 July 2020.

Following this trade, Simon Duckworth's beneficial holding is 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.51 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
