The Company announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as auditor to the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2020, in place of Nexia Smith & Williamson ("NSW").  NSW has confirmed that there are no reasons or matters which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
