Result of General Meeting and completion of disposal

CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO) announces that, further to the announcement of 16 October 2024, the Proposed Sale of CloudCoCo Limited was approved at the Company's General Meeting earlier today with the passing of the ordinary resolution proposed.

Completion of the Proposed Sale has now occurred and repayment of the MXC Loan Notes will be made today.

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used herein take the meaning given in the announcement dated 16 October 2024.
