Cloudberry Clean Energy AS | Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, Norway, 26 March 2021: Cloudberry Clean Energy AS ("Cloudberry" or "the

company") announces that CB4 Green Invest AS yesterday has completed a

transaction where it has sold its shares to its respective shareholders. Two of

the shareholders, Morten Sigval Bergesen, Snefonn AS and Petter Winther Borg,

Caddie Invest AS are primary insiders in Cloudberry.

The transaction took place 25 March 2021 at a price per share of NOK 13,6793.

725,199 shares have been transferred to Snefonn AS, controlled by Morten Sigval

Bergesen. 725,200 shares have been transferred to Caddie Invest AS, controlled

by Petter Winther Borg.

After the completion of the transaction, Snefonn AS owns 8,558,472 shares and

Caddie Invest AS owns 1,196,202 shares in Cloudberry.
