Oslo, Norway, 18 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published on 10 May 2021, where Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or the

"Company") announced its plan to uplist to the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list

and that the Company is considering raising new equity in connection with the

uplisting, together with an update on the Company's strategy and business.
