Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA | Minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, Norway, 17 June 2021: An extraordinary general meeting was held today, 17

June 2021, in the Company's office at Frøyas gate 15, 0273 Oslo. Please find

attached the Minutes from the meeting.

All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting in accordance with

the proposals made by the Board of Directors, including the private placement

announced 1 June 2021 covering issuance of 86,000,000 new shares at a

subscription price of NOK 12.50 per share.
