2015 interim dividend dates

Further to the announcement today, 10 March 2015, of the Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") half year results for the six months to 31 January 2015, the relevant dates in respect of the group's 2015 interim dividend of 18.0p per share are set out below.
