Close of Recommended Takeover Offer by Clime Capital for CBG Capital
Clime Capital Limited ( CAM ) confirms that the off-market takeover offer to acquire all of the shares in CBG Capital Limited ( CBG ) closed at 7:00pm on 9 September 2019.
CAM currently has a relevant interest in 96.57% of CBG’s shares.
CAM intends to commence the compulsory acquisition process for the remaining CBG shares and will make an announcement in respect of this process in due course.
