ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of ClearVue Technologies Limited (‘CPV’) will be halted at the request of CPV, pending the release of an announcement by CPV.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 March 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Trading Halt

2 March 2026 : Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV OTC:CVUEF) ( ClearVue or the Company ) hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

1. The Company requests a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

3. The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

5. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt, or that ASX has asked for.
