Kidder Williams to Accelerate Global Growth Strategy

22 July 2025 – Perth, Australia – ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) ( ClearVue or the Company ) is pleased to announce it has appointed Kidder Williams, to review the Company’s structure and strategic growth options.

Kidder Williams’ Chairman David Williams said: “We are excited to work with ClearVue and its scalable technology embedding solar into building materials such as glass and building panels. In a world where renewable energy is critical, commercialising this technology and taking it to the world is an exciting proposition.”

Kidder Williams’ Managing Director Tim Faulkner said: “Our immediate focus will include, among other things:

• ensuring the organisational structure is fit for growth,

• narrowing the focus of sales and marketing to prove the product in the Asia Pacific market,

• identify and secure qualified distributors in other markets, and

• advising on funding and optimal capital structure.”
