[1] September 2025 – Perth, Australia – ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) ("ClearVue" or the "Company") updates the market on Kidder Williams’ (“Kidder”) review of the Company’s structure, operations and strategy.

Following the review ClearVue’s Board has approved a draft detailed strategic plan targeted at:

  • prioritising Australian, Asian and Middle Eastern markets and core products,

  • establishing clear near and medium term commercial targets supported by an enhanced CRM system,

  • strengthening the organisational structure with addition of enhanced business development capability, and

  • adding two Board members with building industry experience.

At the same time, permanent cost out initiatives have already been made to deliver annualised savings of approximately $3.4m after restructuring costs. The primary drivers of this cost reduction are recent consolidation of ClearVue’s organisational structure and tightening of operational focus, including the recent discontinuation of OptiCrop which was commercially unviable.

Mr. Douglas Hunt, Managing Director, ClearVue Technologies said “I am excited with these recent changes and in particular changes which have increased and refocused our business development initiatives. Already we have seen an increase in the number of requests for proposal and we intend to build this pipeline quickly.”

Mr. David Williams, Chairman, Kidder Williams said “ClearVue has taken some defining steps by adopting a strengthening of board composition, organisational structure and a robust strategic plan to support near-term business development. In addition, Kidder will help with capital management to underpin a more intensive approach to growth. One thing high on our agenda is to identify a cornerstone investor and/or parties ClearVue can collaborate with.”
