ClearVue Solar Façade to Power Towers in South Africa

Concept Business Group to reclad two buildings with ClearVue Solar Products, targeting 40% energy independence and reduced carbon impact.

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Strategic Partner Order: Official License Partner, Concept Business Group, secures agreement to supply ClearVue Solar Vision Glass, Solar Skylight and Solar Cladding on two towers in South Africa. While the scope of the project remains to be finalised the expected project value will be in excess of $1,000,000 Australian Dollars.

• Major Retrofit Project: The agreement covers the complete recladding of two 10-storey towers in South Africa improving the façade thermal performance and adding electrical generation.

• Energy Independence: The active solar façade is projected to generate over 40% of the buildings' energy requirements , significantly offsetting their carbon footprint.

• Rapid Return on Investment: The project demonstrates strong economic viability with an estimated payback period of less than 5 years.

• Timeline and Execution: Concept Business Group will lead the full design, scope and engineering plus installation, supported by the ClearVue team to deploy the façade Q2 2026.

27 November 2025 – South Africa – Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited

(ASX:CPV) (ClearVue or the Company) has secured an agreement from Concept Business Group to transform two 10-storey towers in South Africa. These retrofit projects will see the buildings entirely reclad with ClearVue’s high-performance Solar BIPV Vision Glass and Cladding. Once installed by Concept Business Group, the active solar façade is projected to generate over 40% of the buildings' energy requirements, drastically reducing their carbon footprint. The project is in the early design definition stages and the construction specifications, once finalised, are expected to represent over A$1 million project value. With an estimated payback period of under 5 years, the project demonstrates the immediate commercial and environmental viability of ClearVue’s technology for large-scale retrofits.
