$1.725 Million At-The-Market Raise
15 January 2024 : Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV OTC: CVUEF) has used it’s At-Call Funding Facility with Alpha Investment Partners (see announcement 23 October 2023) to raise $1,725,000 (before costs) by agreeing to a deemed issuance of 3,000,000 CPV fully paid ordinary shares to Alpha Investment Partners at an issue price of $0.575 per share.
The 3m CPV fully paid ordinary shares will be set-off against the 10m collateral shares held by Alpha Investment Partners.
The issue price of $0.575 per share represents a 6.77% premium to the ASX 15-trading day VWAP of $0.538 to 12 January 2024 (inclusive).
An Appendix 3B – Proposed Issue of Securities will immediately follow this release.

“We have successfully completed the share placement to Alpha Investment Partners through the ATM Subscription Agreement, reinforcing our financial flexibility as we scale our business to bring our unique clear solar glass technology to customers globally. Our commercialisation trajectory is gaining rapid momentum, as highlighted by recent milestones such as the strategic appointments of distributors (MS Glass in Australia, 8G Solutions in the US and H T Glass in Singapore) and a number of commercial pilots including the CFMEU Wellness Centre façade in Melbourne and a solar greenhouse in California. The additional funds will enable us to support these important projects and drive sustained growth in the future.”
