ClearVue completes $2.733m At-The Market Raise

08 JULY 2024 : Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Ltd (ASX:CPV OTCQX:CVUEF) (“ CPV ” or “the Company ”) has used the At-Call Funding Facility with Alpha Investment Partners to raise $2,733,000 by agreeing to issue 5,000,000 CPV fully paid ordinary shares to Alpha Investment Partners at an issue price of $0.5466 per share (before costs).

The 5 million CPV shares will be offset against the 7 million remaining collateral shares held by Alpha Investment Partners.

The issue price of $0.5466 represents a premium of 0.42% to the ASX 15-trading day VWAP of $0.546 to 4th July 2024 (inclusive).

ClearVue’s CEO, Martin Deil said:

“The successful issue of shares to Alpha Investment Partners under the ATM Subscription Agreement strengthens our balance sheet as we seek to expand and scale our global activities including our strategic focus and push into the US market.”

Solar PV cells are incorporated around the edges of an Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) used in windows and the lamination interlayer between the glass in the IGU incorporates ClearVue’s patented proprietary nano and micro particles, as well as its spectrally selective coating on the rear external surface of the IGU.

ClearVue’s window technology has application for use in the building and construction and agricultural industries (among others).

ClearVue has worked closely with leading experts from the Electron Science Research Institute, Edith Cowan University (ECU) in Perth, Western Australia to develop the technology.
