The Company has placed 10,000,000 CPV Shares (Collateral Shares) from its LR7.1 capacity to Alpha Investment Partners for nil consideration as security for the At The Market Facility (ATM) entered into with Alpha Investment Partners. The ATM provides CPV with up to $30 million of standby equity capital over the next 5 years.
