ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of ClearVue Technologies Limited (‘CPV’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CPV, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 5 September 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

3 September 2019: ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (“ ClearVue ” or “ the Company ”) hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

1. The Company requests a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raise.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in respect of the capital raise, or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 5 September 2019.

3. The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement in respect of the capital raise.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
