Clarification Announcement

ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) ( ClearVue or the Company ) provides the following clarifications in relation to the investor Q&A session held on 17 November 2025 by the Company’s Managing Director and CEO Doug Hunt:

• since the restructure of the Company’s Board of Directors and management in July 2025, the Company has focused on improving its corporate governance practices which has included the adoption of updated and detailed corporate governance policies;

• the Company is committed to investing in ongoing Director and management education including, where appropriate, existing and new ClearVue officers and senior management completing courses offered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors, or similar; and

• the Company will continually seek to improve its corporate governance practices as its business expands in the future and in line with any new or updated recommendations from the ASX Corporate Governance Council.

The Company confirms that it remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance, transparency, and capital discipline in the interests of all shareholders.
