ClearVue Strengthens Board with ESG & Engineering Leader

23 March 2026 – Perth, Australia – ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV | OTCQX:CVUEF) (ClearVue or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Lau as a Non-Executive Director, effective today, 23 March 2026.

Andrew is an experienced engineer and ESG specialist with more than 20 years’ experience working across the built environment, sustainability and energy transition sectors throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He has advised institutional asset owners, developers, REITs and financiers on improving building performance, managing energy risk and delivering long-term asset resilience through technology-led solutions.

Andrew’s background combines engineering-led building design and performance optimisation with deep expertise in ESG strategy, energy efficiency, renewable energy integration and smart building technologies. His experience includes large-scale commercial assets and mission-critical infrastructure such as data centres operating in energy-constrained and high-demand environments.

Andrew has recently completed specialist training and accreditation in building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) and energy-resilient design for data centres, strengthening his technical capability at the intersection of building envelopes, on-site energy generation and operational performance.

He currently leads ESG advisory initiatives for Asia-Pacific clients in his executive role with a global real estate advisory firm, Colliers, working across major markets including Greater China, Japan, Korea, Singapore and South-East Asia.
