ClearVue Executive Departure

Company continues active program of leadership transformation.

18 July 2025: ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV | OTC: CVUEF) ( ClearVue or the Company ) announced today that Mr. Charles Mowrey, President and CEO for the Company’s North American operations has resigned, effective immediately. Mr. Mowrey joined ClearVue in May 2024.

Victor Rosenberg, ClearVue Non-Executive Chairman and Founder, said:

“The ClearVue Board thanks Mr. Mowrey for his contribution over the last year and wish him the best in his future undertakings and professional pursuits.”

The Company wishes to advise shareholders that our Chief Development Officer, Mr Clifton Smyth, is currently in the United States. Mr Smyth will oversee and manage the transition process to ensure continuity and a seamless handover for all current and prospective projects and licensees in the region.

The Company has an active program of board and leadership revitalisation designed to progress financial performance, global partner development and product advancement goals. As announced previously, the CEO and board directors are currently undertaking a comprehensive review of all operational costs and license agreements. An update will be provided to the market upon completion of the review.
