Douglas Hunt Named Global Chief Executive Officer

HIGHLIGHTS:

• CEO Announced: Mr. Douglas Hunt will step up from his interim capacity and lead ClearVue’s global commercialisation strategy.

• New Leadership Team: Seasoned team of leaders to focus on sales growth, scalable manufacturing and distribution, and continued product innovation.

• Shareholder Alignment: New leadership appointments agree to sub-market compensation until share price returns to 35 cents, in line with CEO contract.

28 July 2025 – Perth, Australia – ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (ClearVue or the Company) announces the appointment of Mr. Douglas (Doug) Hunt as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. ClearVue also announces the following leadership appointments:

• Mr. Tao Zhang – Chief Operating Officer: Since joining in 2018, Mr. Zhang has played a pivotal role in ClearVue’s research and development, product certifications and commercial deployment. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia and China and has extensive experience in structural and façade engineering, renewable energy systems and project management.

• Ms. Lisa Dreher – Global Marketing Director: Ms. Dreher will lead ClearVue’s marketing, branding and media relations efforts, bringing over 35 years of technology and sustainability experience.

• Mr. Christopher Cole – Head of Research and Development: Since joining in 2020, Mr. Cole has led several patentable innovations and significantly streamlined our manufacturing processes.

The leadership appointments come during a concerted review into ClearVue’s cost base, skills matrix and global strategy.
