12 November 2025 – Perth, Australia – Today, ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (ClearVue or the Company) announced the addition of Mr. Liang Ji to the Company’s Board of Directors. Most recently, he served as the Principal Engineer for photovoltaic (PV) products at Underwriters Laboratories (UL). His career in solar technologies, spanning nearly four decades, encompassed work that resulted in the testing procedures that have become the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards used today. He has been a member and later assistant secretary of the IEC Technical Committee for solar photovoltaic energy systems (TC82) since the early 2000s where he was the main author for the world’s first Concentrator PV standards including IEEE 1513 and IEC 62108.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Douglas (Doug) Hunt, commented on the appointment of Mr. Liang Ji:
“ClearVue’s COO, Mr. Tao Zhang and I met Mr. Ji several years ago. He has already provided valuable input to myself and Mr. Zhang. Mr. Ji’s influence on the solar industry is immeasurable. His work has included serving as an independent consultant for the World Bank on several solar funding programs to developing countries including Bangladesh, Uganda and China. He has also presented all over the world including across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East on many topics including PV product testing and certification, longterm reliability and failure mode topics.
“The extensive experience Mr. Ji brings to ClearVue will have a remarkable impact on our commercialisation path and will fast-track our product development, advancement and testing readiness.”
Non-Executive Chair, Ms. Theresa Smits, commented on the appointment of Mr. Liang Ji:
“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Liang Ji to the ClearVue Board of Directors.
“Mr. Ji brings extensive experience and deep technical expertise as a recently retired principal engineer from UL. UL is the globally recognised authority in product testing, safety and certification. Mr. Ji’s nearly two decades with UL, combined with academic qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Physics, make him an invaluable addition to the ClearVue Board.
“Mr. Ji continues to serve as Assistant Secretary for IEC TC82, the international standards body responsible for global photovoltaic (PV) system standards. He also authored “PV Fire: Experience and Studies” which is a UL presentation widely cited across the renewable energy sector for its insights into PV fire risk, module reliability and façade safety. This deep technical background aligns strongly with ClearVue’s vision for delivering high-performance, solar-integrated glass solutions that meet the most rigorous global standards.”
Newly appointed Non-Executive Director, Mr. Liang Ji, commented on his appointment to the ClearVue Board of Directors:
“I value the opportunity to serve on the ClearVue Board of Directors. The solar industry and specifically the development of PV technologies is advancing faster than ever before. In the early days, it was challenging to get architects interested in PV solutions because the solar solutions were obvious and didn’t deploy into the built environment without enormous concessions on aesthetics.
“The one thing that drew me to ClearVue’s solar façade solutions was the way they seamlessly integrate into the building. The R&D and engineering teams have done an extraordinary job of making the solutions a building product that is beautiful first and renewable energy generating second. This is a striking

difference that will surely advance the implementation of ClearVue solutions around the globe. I am excited to work with the extended ClearVue team and the Company’s partners to decrease the carbon footprint of buildings around the world.
“I also look forward to attending the upcoming AGM on Friday, 28 November at ClearVue’s headquarters in Perth, Australia and having the opportunity to meet and speak with our shareholders.”
