Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

3 March 2023: Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) ( ClearVue or the Company ), wishes to advise in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Mr Harry Miller has been appointed as joint Company Secretary effective today, 3 March 2023, replacing Ms Deborah Ho. Mr Brett Tucker remains as Joint Company Secretary.

Mr Miller has over 8 years of company secretarial and accounting experience, having previously worked with a leading global accounting firm and is currently acting as Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed companies.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Miller will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
