23 June 2020: Smart building materials company ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) (“ ClearVue ” or “ the Company) wishes to advise that Mr Ivan Wu has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Company would like to thank Mr Wu for his significant contribution over the last three years supporting the listing of the Company on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and post listing as a non-executive director. The Company wishes Mr Wu all the best for the future.

The Company has an active process of Board renewal that will expand the depth and breadth of director skills and expertise.

Mr Wu’s Appendix 3Z is as attached.
