AGM Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations

7 October 2024 : ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) ( ClearVue or the Company ) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 29 November 2024 at 11:00am (AWST) at The Great Southern Room at State Library of WA, 25 Francis St, Perth WA 6000.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the Annual General Meeting is 14 October 2024. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on 14 October 2024 at the Company’s registered office.

Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting to be announced to the ASX later this month. The Notice of Meeting will also be available under the Investors section of the Company’s website at: https://www.clearvuepv.com/investors/.
