Chairman’s Address

Good morning Shareholders,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my privilege and pleasure to welcome you to the 2024 ClearVue Annual General Meeting.

Today, I’m thrilled to share with you the incredible progress we’ve made this year as we continue to push the boundaries of innovation and transform our groundbreaking technology into a thriving global business.

This has been a pivotal year for ClearVue. We have successfully transitioned from being a developer of cutting-edge technology to an emerging commercial powerhouse, with our products and solutions now being offered and sold across domestic and international markets.

One of our most exciting milestones was the launch of our full building envelope solution – a suite of products including solar spandrel panels, cladding, skylight, and balustrade glass. These innovations represent a seismic shift in how buildings can generate energy and achieve sustainability.

When I attended two major architectural shows this year, the response was overwhelming. Architects, developers, and builders were genuinely excited about the transformative potential of our solution. The ability to make entire building envelopes energy-generating is not just revolutionary; it is inspiring a new vision for the construction industry.

Our momentum in the United States, which remains one of our key markets, is particularly energizing. Under the leadership of Charles (Chuck) Mowrey, a respected veteran in the US glazing industry, our team in America has made significant strides. I recently returned from a visit to the US and was struck by the professionalism, passion, and expertise of our team there. They are not just driving our success; they are amplifying ClearVue’s reputation as an industry leader both in the US and on the global stage.

Globally, we’ve also partnered with some of the most respected façade manufacturers in key markets, including the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. These partnerships have given us a scalable business model and secured early commercial wins. Our first sales in the US and Australia this year confirm the demand for our solutions is real, robust, and rapidly growing.

One area of immense potential for ClearVue is the multi-billion-dollar greenhouse sector, where our solar glazing technology is already redefining how controlled environment agriculture is powered. With climate change intensifying, there is an urgent need to create energy-efficient, sustainable food production systems. ClearVue is now well-positioned to become a leader in this space. Yesterday’s announcement bolsters our solution for this market. I will let Martin address this in more detail.

design or aesthetics. Our technology is helping the world reimagine what buildings can achieve, from reducing emissions to enhancing energy efficiency. We are not just part of the net zero movement – I like to think we are leading it.

What personally excites me most is our work on autonomous windows, a game-changing concept brought to life by ClearVue’s solar glazing technology. These innovations are enabling or enhancing solutions like vacuum glazing, switchable and dynamic glazing, and agricultural applications, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. It’s truly an exciting time for us and for the future of smart building technologies.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication, creativity, and hard work of the entire ClearVue team. On behalf of the Board, I want to thank each and every one of them for their contributions. To you, our shareholders, thank you for your trust, your belief in our vision and ongoing support. Together, we are driving ClearVue forward as a global leader in smart building solutions.

As we look to the future, I am filled with optimism and excitement. The road ahead is full of opportunities, and we are poised to seize them. We are building a future where sustainability and innovation work hand in hand, delivering long-term value for our shareholders, partners, and customers alike.
