ASX Release ǀ ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV)

Date of Annual General Meeting

7 October 2021: ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) ( ClearVue or the Company ) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 25 November 2021. The Company will follow the measures in place as set by the Australian and West Australian governments for the restriction of gatherings and the implementation of social distancing requirements in response to COVID-19.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 14 October 2021.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Perth time) on Thursday, 14 October 2021.
