ClearView extends offer period for Matrix Offer
ClearView Wealth Limited (“ClearView” ASX: CVW) today announced that it was extending the Offer Period for its takeover offer for Matrix Holdings Limited (Matrix) to 7.00pm Friday 10 October 2014.
ClearView has, to date, received acceptances in respect of 94.75% of Matrix shares and is confident that all conditions to the Offer will be satisfied before the end of the Offer Period, as extended. ClearView intends to proceed with compulsory acquisition of any outstanding Matrix shares promptly.
