policyholders and external unitholders. The amount is the aggregate of net life insurance premium revenue of $91.1 million (HY21: $89.7 million),

fee and other revenue of $14.2 million (HY21: $19.9 million) and investment income of $85.3 million (HY21: $44.4 million).

A final fully franked dividend for FY21 of $6.6 million (FY20: nil) was declared and paid.

No interim dividend was declared in HY22 (HY21: nil).

There is no conduit foreign income component distributed in relation to the 2021 dividend. There is no Dividend Reinvestment Plan in operation.

On 1 November 2021, the following entities were sold to Centrepoint Alliance Limited:

• Matrix Planning Solutions Limited; and

• LaVista Licensee Solutions Pty Ltd.
