Notice of ClearView FY2012 Results and Conference Call
SYDNEY, 8 August 2012 : In light of the requirement to release the company’s Target’s Statement in relation to the takeover offer by CCP BidCo by 20 August, ClearView Wealth Limited (“ClearView”, ASX:CVW) will bring forward the announcement of its full year 2012 financial results from 29 August to Monday 20 August 2012.
The results will be presented by Simon Swanson, Managing Director, and Athol Chiert, Chief Financial Officer, on a conference call at 2:30 pm (Sydney time) the same day.
