TRADING HALT

The securities of ClearView Wealth Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 February 2014.

ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX: CVW) (the Company ) requests that ASX Limited grant an immediate trading halt with respect to its ordinary shares.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• the Company requests the trading halt for the purposes of the placement and institutional component of the accelerated, non-renounceable entitlement offer to be announced by the Company on 26 February 2014 (the Offer);

• the Company requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on 27 February 2014; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
