ClearView Announces Changes to Senior Management Team

SYDNEY, 21 October 2015: ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView, ASX: CVW) today announced the appointment of Sarah Cummings as General Manager, Development and Deborah Lowe as General Manager, People and Operations.

In the course of the last few years, ClearView has made significant progress in improving its service offering to its customers, advisers and partners. ClearView has placed substantial focus on its culture, implementing new technology and improving its operational environment. These advances have been critical to support the execution of its strategy, the growing business and its scale, and its increasing geographic coverage. However, focusing on the future, the separation of the operations and technology development functions are considered critical to achieve its business outcomes and that they will be best achieved under devoted management structures, headed by separate, focused Senior Management Team members.

Sarah Cummings joined ClearView in June 2013 and was previously Head of Wealth Product and Deborah Lowe joined ClearView in April 2013 and was previously Head of People and Culture.

ClearView’s Managing Director Simon Swanson commented that both have a proven track record of client focus and quality service delivery of both projects and processes and they have demonstrated the leadership capabilities needed to assist in the significant growth opportunities facing ClearView. Both appointments take effect immediately.

Tony Thomas, General Manager, Operations and Technology will leave ClearView. It is timely to also advise that Chris Robson, General Counsel and Company Secretary has resigned effective 11 December 2015, and will resign as Company Secretary immediately after the ClearView Annual General Meeting on 11 November 2015. Athol Chiert will continue to have responsibility as Company Secretary and will assume accountability for the Legal function.
