ClearView appoints Tony Thomas as Head of Operations and Technology

SYDNEY, 22 March 2013: ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView, ASX: CVW) today announced the appointment of Tony Thomas to the newly created role of Head of Operations and Technology. In this role, Tony will be accountable for Operations and Information Technology across the ClearView business.

ClearView’s Managing Director Mr Simon Swanson commented that Tony has a proven track record of quality service delivery and the leadership capabilities needed to assist in the significant growth opportunities facing ClearView. His experience and knowledge auger well to capture those opportunities and assist in driving long term sustainable value for ClearView’s shareholders.

Before joining ClearView, Tony was Chief Financial Officer of Calliden Group Limited. He has also held senior executive positions at TAL, PrefSure, ING and Lumley. Tony’s experience at a senior management level in information technology, operations, financial management and project management will put ClearView in a good position to manage its continuing growth for the benefit of customers, partners and shareholders.

Mr Swanson said, “With such breadth and depth of experience in the financial services industry in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, we are very excited to welcome Tony to the ClearView team.”

Tony commences with ClearView on 11 April 2013.
