Changes to ClearView Board

SYDNEY, 1 July 2013 : ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX:CVW; ClearView), effective today, announced the following changes to the ClearView Board which reflect the completion of the proposed Board changes outlined in the CCP Bid Co Bidder’s Statement released to the market on 26[th] September 2012:

• Mr Raymond Kellerman has resigned as Chairman and as a director;

• Ms Susan Thomas has resigned as a director;

• Ms Jennifer Weinstock has been appointed as a director;

• Mr Michael Alscher has been appointed as a director and his appointment as alternate director to Nathanial Thomson has been revoked;

• Mr Michael Lukin has been appointed as alternate director for Ms Jennifer Weinstock; and

• Dr Gary Weiss has been appointed as Chairman.

Commenting on the changes, new ClearView Chairman, Dr Gary Weiss thanked the outgoing Chairman and directors for their contribution to ClearView.

“I would like to thank Ray for his efforts as a director and Chairman since 2007, during the formative years of ClearView. Under his stewardship the company has achieved material initial growth in a difficult market and is now well placed to take advantage of opportunities arising in the future. I would also like to recognise the valuable contribution made by Susan Thomas to the company over the past two and a half years” said Dr Weiss.

Dr Weiss continued, “It is with pleasure that I welcome our new directors to the Board. Their skills and experience complement the Board’s extensive experience in the life insurance and wealth management industries. The expertise of the Board when combined with ClearView’s executive team experience and expertise will help drive the company’s growth and strategic development to the benefit of our customers, partners and shareholders.”
