Changes to ClearView Board
SYDNEY, 3 December 2013 : ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX:CVW; ClearView), effective today, announced the following changes to the ClearView Board:
-
Mr John Leslie Fallick has resigned as a non-executive director; and
-
Mr Andrew Sneddon, who was appointed alternate director to Mr Fallick in March 2013, has been appointed as a non-executive director.
ClearView would like to thank Mr Fallick for his contribution to ClearView and welcomes Mr Sneddon to the Board in his new role of non-executive director.
