MARKET RELEASE
Changes to ClearView Board
SYDNEY, 22 October 2012 : In accordance with the terms of CCP BidCo’s takeover offer for ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX:CVW; ClearView), we announce the following changes to the ClearView Board, effective today:

Mr David Goodsall, Ms Anne Keating and Mr John Murphy have resigned as directors;

Mr David Brown, Mr Gary Burg, Mr Bruce Edwards, Mr Les Fallick, Mr Nathanial Thomson and Dr Gary Weiss have been appointed as directors;

Dr Gary Weiss will be Deputy Chairman;
-
Mr Michael Alscher has been appointed as an alternate director to Mr Thomson.
Commenting on the changes, ClearView Chairman, Mr Ray Kellerman thanked the outgoing directors for their contribution to ClearView.
“In the relatively short time that ClearView has been a public company, the business has been transformed, shareholder returns have increased and the company’s strengths have been recognised by investors, including the members of CCP BidCo who have become major shareholders in ClearView. I thank all of my fellow directors for their strategic guidance and oversight together with the commitment and support they have provided to the Board.”

Elections to the Board will take place at ClearView’s Annual General Meeting at 10am on Monday 26 November at the InterContinental Hotel, Macquarie Street, Sydney.
